Biography:
True Story. Summer of 2006 Ramblin' Eddie Lopez rhythm guitar player for Vaporeux and the Tarpaulins records a demo inside Rene Rodriguez'(the ill) basement. He then presses fifty copies gives them out to all his bandmates and friends. Jorge Lopez(tarpaulins), and ex vaporeux bassist Lionel Perez decide to commit to a single. A bond was formed. Two rehearsals and forty two songs later classically trained guitarist Krist Siordia one of the many friends who was ecstatic about the demo decides to join the group. The newly formed Electric Children play a show in Long Beach to take a break from recording and meet Laura Ann Wight she listens to a demo while the band sets up and three songs later she's onstage hypnotizing the crowd with her haunting vocal. The new album will be co-produced by Zander Schloss(Circle Jerks/Joe Strummer) and Electric Children, with no time to waste the band will go back into the studio with new drummer Albert Avina and record their own rock opera titled: FANTASY LAND.
